Everest; Newman Catholic; Northland Lutheran; charter schools within Wausau and D.C. Everest school districts; and, Christian Faith Academy.
Up to five scholarships in the amount of $1,000 are awarded annually. Awards are based on two qualification criteria, namely, 1) demonstrated involvement in community service, and 2) leadership. This criterion is the foundation of Rotary International as captured in the Rotary motto: “Service Above Self.”
Scholarship awards may be used by the recipient at any accredited, post-secondary educational entity. Scholarship award funds will be paid by the Community Foundation directly to the school the recipient is attending.
The Rotary Club of Wausau Scholarship Fund is administered within the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin.
